Discovery research is about reducing risk and increasing the certainty in the assumptions we have.

Hypotheses to test

Below list the following:

• The most important assumptions we believe we are making about user behaviours, attitudes and expectation towards the product.
• What are the key questions we think we need to answer to learn about these assumptions.
• These are the needs that we believe these people have in relation to our product/service
• Are are people using existing or competitors' products, and what features are most important?

• Who are the people we think we need to talk to about these assumptions? Describe the characteristics/behaviours of the people who would be most informed to answer your questions.
